Here’s your chance to learn how to use everyday ingredients to make 18 healthy recipes – everything from breakfast foods to nutritious snacks to unique salads to a complete vegan Mediterranean dinner to yummy desserts and more. Certified Health Coach and nutritionist, Caroline Devin, will hold 6 cooking workshops to introduce you to new, easy recipes and ideas that go way beyond traditional ideas of healthy eating.
