GLASTONBURY, CT — A 23-year-old Ledyard man has been charged with sexual assault and other felonies in Glastonbury, an arrest report indicates.On Friday, a warrant was served to Cesar Luis Vallente Caballero, records show. He posted a $100,000 bond and is expected in court on Aug. 17, records show.He has been charged with second-degree sexual assault, witness tampering, risk of injury to a minor and interfering with police, according to an arrest report. An investigation into Caballero's action began in April amid allegations that he had a consensual sexual relationship with a 14-year-old, according to an attest report. The gender of the victim was not disclosed.
