Yoga for Anxiety and Depression w/ Pam Mirante

Yoga for Anxiety and Depression will give you the necessary tools to let go
of fear and let in self care. Through a mindful yoga practice and breathing
techniques you will learn how to sit with your negative thoughts and separate
yourself from them. You will also practice how to observe your thoughts and
feelings without responding to them or judging them.
This course will teach you how to live in the discomfort of your thoughts and
feelings by reconnecting you to your physical body and your breath.

Pamela Mirante, a License Social Worker with over 20 years of experience in
psychotherapy and is an experienced registered yoga teacher. Pamela is also a
student of Yoga For Everybody, a member school of the International Association for
Yoga Therapists. Pamela has over 600 hours of professional yoga training including
200 hours of yoga training with the Baptiste Yoga Institute.
