A number of sightings have occurred in the last few days, according to police.

GRANBY, CT — Granby police have received several reports of a highly aggressive fox in the Silver Brook Lane area, and are asking residents to be alert for the animal and report any sightings to the police department.
On Wednesday afternoon, a resident of Silver Brook was attacked by a fox while on his home’s deck. That party reportedly sought medical attention and is to be treated for rabies, Capt. William Tyler said.
Several hours later, a person mowing a lawn on adjacent Silver Street was charged by a fox. Shortly after, a fox jumped into a pool occupied by small children on Silver Brook. The animal exited the pool without human contact, Tyler said.
