Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta GA

• Emily Henselder of Granby earned the distinction of Faculty Honors for spring 2018 at the Georgia Institute of Technology. This designation is awarded to undergraduate students who have a 4.0 academic average for the semester.

Roger Williams University, Bristol RI

• Three local residents were among the 1,127 students who received their degrees in May as part of the Class of 2018: Brent Goldman of Granby, with a B.S. in Finance; Ashley Hickey of Granby, with a B.A. in Public Relations; and Tyler Longley of East Granby, with a B.S. in Criminal Justice.
