Sports Performance Center Opening-Exciting things are happening at ISCC Fitness!

We are proud to officially announce the opening of our NEW Sports Performance Center inside the International Skating Center of Connecticut, designed to bring even more fitness, training, and recovery opportunities to our community.

This new expansion features elevated strength and performance equipment, turf training space, personal training, group exercise access, and a brand-new recovery area including infrared sauna, medical-grade red light therapy, cryotherapy chair, hydro massage, and compression boots.

And let us say this clearly....this space is NOT just for athletes.

Whether your goal is strength, weight loss, recovery, longevity, mobility, or simply feeling better in your body, this space was built for everyone.

To celebrate, we are hosting an Open House from May 15–24 and inviting the entire community to come experience both gyms for FREE with a 2-week trial.

Visitors will have the opportunity to tour the new space, meet our trainers, explore recovery services, try group fitness classes, and see everything ISCC Fitness has to offer.
