• Elizabeth Fetzner, a member of the Colgate University Class of 2020, has earned the spring 2018 Dean's Award with Distinction. Fetzner is a graduate of Granby Memorial High School, from West Granby. Fetzner's current major is Neuroscience. Students who receive a term grade point average of 3.6 or higher while completing at least three courses during the spring 2018 semester earn the Dean's Award with Distinction.

Seton Hall University, South Orange NJ

• Seton Hall University is pleased to announce Tess Borsecnik of West Granby has qualified for the spring 2018 Dean's List.
