• Elizabeth Fetzner and Benjamin Fetzner of West Granby were among the Colgate University students who received a term grade point average of 3.6 or higher while completing at least 3 course credits during the spring 2017 semester earning the Dean's Award with Distinction.

Marist College, Poughkeepsie NY

• Rachel Sullivan of Granby was named to the Marist College Dean's List for the spring 2017 semester. She is a member of the Class of 2020 and is majoring in Liberal Arts.
