GRANBY-EAST GRANBY, CT — Here are some recent notable accomplishments by local college students, as provided by readMedia Newswire.

Goodwin College, East Hartford CT

• Goodwin College's President's List for the fall 2017 session includes 302 students, all of whom scored a perfect 4.0 GPA. Among them are Robert Kraiza of East Granby and Eileen Kaczor of Granby.
• Goodwin College announces that 963 students achieved Dean's List status for the fall 2017 session.
  Students from the Granbys earning that honor were Eileen Kaczor of Granby, Robert Kraiza of East Granby and Essence Wilson of East Granby.

Rochester Institute of Technology, Rochester NY

• Ben Hebert of Granby, who is in the mechanical engineering program, made the Dean's List for the fall semester at Rochester Institute of Technology. Degree-seeking undergraduate students are eligible for Dean's List if their term GPA is greater than or equal to 3.400; they do not have any grades of "Incomplete", "D" or "F"; and they have registered for, and completed, at least 12 credit hours.

St. Lawrence University, Canton NY

• Devon M. Ide of East Granby has been selected for inclusion on St. Lawrence University's Dean's List for academic achievement during the fall 2017 semester. Ide, a member of the Class of 2020, attended Loomis Chaffee School. To be eligible for the Dean's List, a student must have completed at least four courses and have an academic average of 3.6 based on a 4.0 scale for the semester.
