Criminal Mischief, Sexual Assault, And Risk Of Injury To A Minor

Jennifer Roberts, 24, of 642 Meadow Gate Drive in Granby, was arrested on Friday, March 25, and charged with criminal mischief in the third  degree and two counts of disorderly conduct.

Robert A. Klein, 62, of 5 Lindsay Circle in Granby, was arrested on Sunday, March 27, and charged with risk of injury to a minor, sexual assault in the fourth degree, and breach of peace.  Klein, a Granby Public Schools substitute teacher, was arrested after a joint investigation by the Granby Police Department and the Department of Children and Families stemming from an incident at the Wells Road Intermediate School on March 1.  Klein has been a substitute in town for seven years and has no prior criminal record.
