St. Francis Hospital in Hartford, CT excels in all avenues of serving the public with dedication in the pursuit of saving lives, establishing optimum care and rehabilitation to achieve a stable quality of life along with support in assisting families dealing with their loved ones emotional and physical well-being.
But there are many facets to this extraordinary medical center and its extended facilities in the towns and areas of CT for which the public may not be fully aware. This would include services to those who are “living in the shadows” of mental and physical distress and are unable to avail themselves of medical help.
Dr. Steven Wolf, Chairman Emergency Medicine and Patti LaMonica, Executive Director of Emergency Medicine join Susan Regan, Host of CT Valley Views to discuss the status of their department at St. Francis and new cooperative programs with other external medical facilities in CT, thus expanding coordinated benefits to reach the growing needs of the public.
