Manson, 30, of 185 Turkey Hills Road, Apt. 19, in East Granby was arrested on May 10 after being pulled over by Granby Police and was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to meet the minimum insurance requirements. Jeanne M. Axenroth, 25, 192 Skyline Trail in Middlefield, MA, was arrested on May 9 by Granby Police after a traffic stop and was charged with disorderly conduct with the capability of causing a fight.
