Mariano Abreu, 32, of 967 Asylum Avenue #4K in Hartford was arrested on May 14 by State Police in East Granby after his vehicle crashed into a guard rail on the westbound lane of route 20 near Hamilton Road, police said.  Abreu was charged with driving under the influence of liquor or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane of a multilane road. No injuries were reported.
