An East Granby distribution center for Domino's Pizza is being sued by federal regulators for not reinstating a driver who was fired illegally.

An East Granby distribution center for Domino's Pizza is being sued by federal regulators for not reinstating a driver after Administrative Law Judge Daniel found the termination was illegal, the Hartford Business Journal reports.The unidentified driver was fired after alerting authorities to corporate pressure on drivers to work longer hours than the law allows. The distribution center at 14 International Drive was ordered to rehire the driver in April 2009.
