The Town of East Granby is currently hiring for a police officer, according to the town's website and postings at Town Hall.
The job posting notes that the department is looking for someone who already holds a valid POST-C certification as a Police Officer in Connecticut. The successful candidate must also pass written, physical, psychological, agility and background examinations for the lateral transfer.
The posting also states that officers retiring from their current departments are encouraged to apply.
