East Granby Man Arrested for Sexual Assault of Teen is Due in Court Friday
A 25-year-old East Granby man arrested for sex with a minor is due in court Friday.

An East Granby man arrested in July for allegedly sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl is due in court on Friday.
James Tardiff, 25, was caught at Ledgebrook Plaza in WInsted with the teen after a patrol officer saw Tardif and the teenager in a parked car at the plaza at approximately 1:30 a.m. on July 25, 2014.
According to court records, Tardif is pleading “not guilty” to the following charges:

- SEXUAL ASSAULT 2ND DEG, Class C Felony
- RISK OF INJURY TO CHILD, Class C Felony
- ILLEGAL DELIVERY OF LIQUOR TO MINOR, Class E Felony
In 2010 Tardif was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and in 2013, Tardif was arrested for Breach of Peace in the 2nd Degree.
