East Granby Obituary: Julia Petrauskas, 95

Julia E. Petrauskas, 95, of Windsor, passed away Monday, Aug. 24, 2015. She was the beloved wife of the late George Petrauskas.

Born and raised in East Granby, Julia spent over 40 years in Windsor where she attended St. Gertrude Church and retired from Stanadyne Industries.

Julia is survived by her daughter Regina Martin and husband Dan of Myrtle Beach, SC, grandchildren Michael Cosker and Laurie Cosker, step-grandchildren Leigh Martin and wife Kimberly and Eric Martin and wife Lyssa, and three great-grandchildren.

Her family will receive friends on Thursday, Aug. 27 from 9-10 a.m. at Carmon Funeral Home, 807 Bloomfield Ave., Windsor. A Mass of Christian burial will begin at 10:30 a.m. at St. Gertrude Church in Windsor with burial immediately following in St. Bernard Cemetery, Tariffville. -
