East Granby Obituary: Kenneth DiFranco, 63

Kenneth J. DiFranco, 63, of East Granby, beloved husband of Jeana Marie Juday, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, August 23, 2016 at his home.

He was born March 25, 1953 in Springfield, MA, son of the late Candido E. and Irene (Bordeaux) DiFranco, and had lived in Enfield prior to moving to East Granby 23 years ago. He was a graduate of Enrico Fermi High School, Class of 1973 and was employed by Windsor Aeromotive for 29 years. Ken enjoyed fishing, watching wrestling, and his annual Christmas Eve Party.

Besides his wife and best friend of 23 years, he is survived by his four children, Anthony J. DiFranco, Sr. and his wife Maureen of Stafford Springs, James M. DiFranco of Enfield, Joseph A. DiFranco of East Windsor and Courtney Hawley Juday and her husband Adam of Ludlow, MA, his brother, Michael DiFranco and his wife Debbie of Enfield; two sisters, Lisa DiFranco Price and her husband Ron of Lilburn, GA and Lynn DiFranco Bemont and her husband Ronnie of Enfield; his nine grandchildren, Tyler Brennan, LeAnna DiFranco, Anthony DiFranco, Jr., Desiree DiFranco, Harley DiFranco, Alexia DiFranco, Alexander DiFranco, Draven Domingues and Rayanne Domingues and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

There are no calling hours. A Memorial will be held at The Melba Shrine Center, 133 Longhill Street in Springfield, MA on Saturday, Oct. 1st from 10 am to 2 pm.
