Melanie Marcoux - South Windsor - turned herself into Troop H for an active arrest warrant for Conspiracy to commit burglary after an investigation into a series of burglaries. Raymond Leaver - Granby - taken into custody during a motor vehicle stop for Reckless Driving and other narcotics related charges.
