Arrests: Marquis Smith of Hyattsville, MD was arrested for Driving Under the Influence after a motor vehicle stop on Route 20 in East Granby. Roberto Diaz of New Britain, CT was arrested for Driving Under the Influence after a motor vehicle accident on East Street in East Granby.
