Moises Isai Marrero, 29, of Hartford, was charged on Sept. 23 with first degree breach of peace for making threatening comments after his employment was terminated at his workplace, located on Airport Park Road in East Granby. Marrero was held on a $1,500 bond. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Enfield on Oct. 10.
