This Saturday, October 25 10:00 am to 1:00 pm - join us for the 1st annual Women’s Self Defense Seminar at East Granby Community Center! Three hours of practical, usable training important for all women. Mother/daughter team - $50, individuals $30. Walk-ins welcome, or reserve a spot through the East Granby Recreation Department. Dress in comfortable clothes. Learn to protect yourself with this fun, interesting class.
