East Granby Town Meeting on July 26, 2016

NOTICE OF SPECIAL TOWN MEETING

Notice is hereby given that a Special Town Meeting of the Town of East Granby, Connecticut will be held at the Town Hall Meeting Room on Tuesday, July 26, 2016 at 7:30 pm for the following purposes:

1. To elect a moderator.

2. To consider and act upon the appropriation of a sum not to exceed $36,060 from the Capital Non-Recurring Fund for Security Initiatives District Wide and to return any unused funds back to the Capital Non-Recurring Fund as recommended by the Board of Education and the Board of Finance.

3. To consider and act upon the appropriation of a sum not to exceed $69,240 from the Capital Non-Recurring Fund for Parking Lot repairs to the Middle School and to return any unused funds back to the Capital Non-Recurring Fund as recommended by the Board of Education and the Board of Finance.

4. To consider and act upon the appropriation of a sum not to exceed $47,700 from the Capital Non-Recurring Fund for carpet replacement in the Middle School classrooms and to return any unused funds back to the Capital Non-Recurring Fund as recommended by the Board of Education and the Board of Finance.
