Gail Altschwager of OceanFireReiki will present Energy!, a workshop where you will learn how to keep yourself healthy and resilient with a 5-minute daily routine that will strengthen your immune system, sharpen your memory and clear your mind. You will also learn what drains your energies on a daily basis and what to do about it. Charts and brief descriptions of each exercise will be handed out at the end of the workshop.
