Josh Cellars Wine Dinner Coming Up at Good Life Grill

Looking for a great dinner with some great wine?

On March 29, we at Good Life Grill will be hosting a Josh Cellars Wine Dinner.

For $54.95 per person (plus tax and gratuity) you will receive a delicious five-course dinner where each course is paired with a different, yet equally delicious, wine from Josh Cellars.

The first course is an hors d'oeuvres reception with assorted hams, cheeses, olives, fruits, and berries. It will be paired with Josh Cellars Sauvignon Blanc.

The second course is a roasted winter beet salad which includes beets, chevre, greens, pine nuts, and a balsamic vinaigrette. This course will be paired with Josh Cellars Pinot Noir.

The third course will be a roasted breast of chicken, served with sweet potato succotash. It will be paired with Josh Cellars Merlot.

The fourth course is grilled pork tenderloin, served with creamy polenta, haricot verts, and an herbed pon jus. This course is paired with Josh Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon.

The fifth course is mango cheesecake. This New York style cheesecake will be topped with caramelized mangos and toasted macadamia nuts. It will be paired with Josh Cellars Chardonnay.
