GOOD LIFE GRILL RELEASES PREVIEW OF SPECIAL VALENTINE'S DAY MENUS

The Good Life Grill is gearing up for a busy February.
The restaurant will be featuring a special additional menu for Valentine's Day Weekend...featuring appetizers such as a lobster martini, tuna tartare, an applewood smoked bacon spinach salad and a butternut squash bisque. Special entrees include a Chilean sea bass, a grilled rib eye steak, a baked stuffed chicken and a stuffed eggplant. And of course there are always some incredible homemade desserts!
Then on Saturday, February 22 at 7pm, the restaurant will feature a five course wine dinner paired with South African wines for only $70 per person (plus tax and gratuity).
First course: Hors d'oeuvres reception with assorted cheeses, fruits and berries. Paired with Ernie Els Big Easy White.
Second course: Yellowfin tuna tartare - Tuna, watercrest, mango sorbet, sesame rice and a sirachi and soy glaze.Paired With: Protea Chenin Blanc
Third Course: Macadamia Nut Encrusted Mahi Mahi - With roasted butternut squash, red pepper, baby spinach and couscous.Paired With: Flagstone Rumor Mill Viognier
Fourth Course: Roasted Strip of Beef - With an artisan rub, sliced on roasted potatoes with garlic, grilled red pepper and green beans.Paired With: Rust en Vrede Merlot
Fifth Course: Tri Mouse Parfait - Layered with chocolate, strawberry and Frangelico.Paired With: Protea Red Blend
