Granby Boy Scout Obtains Eagle Scout Rank

A Granby Boy Scout recently obtained the rank of eagle scout after years in the organization.

Connor Hoeckele of Troop 125 helped replace the fence at Spring Cemetery as part of his community service project, according to the Hartford Courant. The project took weeks to complete.

Only about seven percent of boy scouts become eagle scouts, according to Boy Scouts of America.
