The Granby Grange #5, serving the towns of Bloomfield, East Granby, Granby, East Hartland, Suffield, Windsor and Windsor Locks is sponsoring a chicken barbecue dinner on Friday 04 SEP 2015 (Yes, it's Labor Day Weekend) with continuous service from 4:30 until 7:00 PM in the handicapped accessible basement dining area.  The price of tickets is $13.00 for adults and $6.00 for children between the ages of 6 and 12 years (5 and under eat free) when the ticket is purchased at the door.  For advanced sale tickets and reservations for tickets, a discount (of $1.00 for adults and $0.50 for children 6 to 12) is offered.The menu incudes a half barbecued chicken for adults or a leg quarter for children with side orders of potato salad, pickled beets, corn on the cob and baked beans.  (Hot dogs can be provided for the 5 and under set if preferred.)  Desserts will be an assortment of home-made pies and cakes, and cookies.The Bristol Old Tyme Fiddlers will, once again, be providing entertainment from 4:30 until 7:00 PM.Contact Charle Smith (860-966-6592) or RoseAnna Smith (860-816-2721) for advanced ticket reservations or answer to any question.
