Granby Memorial to Open Field Hockey Tournament at Home

Fourteen field hockey teams from high schools in Patch towns throughout Hartford and Tolland counties will be vying for one of three state championships beginning early next week.

Granby Memorial, the second seed in Class S, will play host to No. 15 Litchfield in a first-round game.

Here are the opening round matchups for area schools. Qualifying games will be played Monday, Nov. 6, and all first-round matches in Classes M and S will be played Tuesday, Nov. 7. Class L first-round action will be played Wednesday, Nov. 8. Click the class header for the complete bracket.
