Granby Obituary: Gloria Stuck, 83

Condolences to her family and friends.

Gloria Dean (Hileman) Stuck went on to live with the Lord on Aug 12, 2016.

The fourth of seven daughters born to Lloyd and Eva (Ross) Hileman, Gloria was born September 10, 1932, in Wellsburg, W.Va. She married her one and only sweetheart Albert C. Stuck on January 25, 1953, and spent the first few years of marriage as a Navy wife living in South Carolina. They returned to Wellsburg and eventually settled in Beech Bottom, W.Va., where they raised four sons.

Gloria was a cheerful and helpful presence at a number of parishes in W.Va., Pa., N.C. and FL. She was a devoted and loving mother. Gloria and Albert moved to Connecticut in 2012. Her gentle spirit and abiding faith will live on in our hearts.
