Granby Police Investigating Vehicle Burglaries

The vehicles were in driveways, police said.

GRANBY, CT — Granby police said they are investigating a number of vehicle burglaries that took place overnight Sunday into Monday morning.

The thefts were in the Northwoods/Silver Street areas, police said.

All vehicles entered were unlocked and parked in driveways or open garages, police said. Cash and wallets were primarily taken, according to police.

The locations were not in close proximity, so the thieves were probably were using a vehicle, police said.

"Remember to always keep your vehicles locked, and call 911 to report any suspicious activity," police said.
