Granby Police Log for April 16 - 22
Among the charges: violation of a protective order, second degree criminal mischief and second-degree failure to appear.

David Peterson, 71, of 75 Haven Drive, was charged on April 20 with criminal violation of a protective order: non-threatening.
Amy Han, 42, of New Britain, was charged on April 18 with second-degree criminal mischief. She was released on a $500 non-surety bond; she is scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Enfield on May 1.
Carl Ricci, 49, of South Windsor, was issued a summons of April 17 for insurance coverage failing to meet minimum requirements, operation of a motor vehicle when the registration or license is refused/suspended; failure to carry license/failure to carry license.
Cassandra K. Pavel, 22, of Suffield, was charged on April 16 with second-degree failure to appear.
Daniel James Carter, 20, of 28 Meadow Brook Road, was charged on April 16 with two counts of breach of peace: threatening. It was at least the 10th time in the two years that Carter has been either issued an infraction or charged by Granby police.
