Lori Jeanne Shea, 47, of Holyoke, Mass., was charged on April 8 with operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol, failure to drive in the proper lane: multiple lane highway, violation of any traffic commission regulation. Two juveniles, one 14, the other 15,  were issued summonses on April 6 for possession of less than ½ ounce of marijuana. Charles Stafford Jusko, 23, of 108 West Granby Road, was charged on April 5 with criminal violation of protective order: threatening or trespass. Roger Thieme, 42, of Chicopee, Mass., was issued a summons on April 5 with operation of a motor vehicle when the registration or license is refused/suspended. Kristina Tepper, 20, of 21 Ridge Road, was charged on April 2 with third-degree assault: minor injured or intent to cause injury, threatening and second-degree harassment.
