Dec. 1 Shannon Eckley, 23, of 14 Old Skinner Road, East Hartland, was charged with operating under the influence of drugs of alcohol, interfering with an officer, failure to drive in the proper lane and drug, alcohol and hearing tests. She was arrested after an accident on Salmon Brook Street at 1:57 a.m., police said. Eric DellaVecchia, 35 of 26 Maple Ave., Collinsville, was charged with operating under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane after a stop at West Granby Road and Strong Road, police said.  Dec. 2 No arrests.
