Lauren Elizabeth Doucher, 19, of 3 Candlewood Lane, was charged on Dec. 11 with disorderly conduct, possession of less than 4 ounces of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Eric Longfritz, 49, of Simsbury, was charged on Dec. 10 with operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol, failure to drive in the proper lane: multiple-lane highway and making an improper turn. Alyssa Reyes, 28, of 17C East Granby Road, was issued a summons for operation of a motor vehicle when the registration of license is refused/suspended, insurance coverage fails minimum requirements, failure to renew registration and improper number of headlights. David Shannon, 79, of 15 Petersen Road, was charged on Dec. 10 with disorderly conduct. Amy Han, 41, of 15 Petersen Road, Apt. A82, was charged on Dec. 10 with disorderly conduct. James Mahan, 53, of Plainville, was charged on Dec. 6 with 2nd-degree failure to appear.
