Antonucci, 22, of 70 Creamery Hill Road, was charged on Feb. 25 with using a motor vehicle/vessel without the owner's permission: unauthorized use/engine, operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol, failure to take a breath test and operating a motor vehicle when the registration or license is refuse or suspended. Jeffery John Funk, 26, of Sartell, MN, was issued a summons on Feb. 22 with violation of hawker/peddler ordinances. Adam John Gall, 26, of Pierz, MN, was issued a summons on Feb. 22 for violation of hawker/peddler ordinances. Daniel James Carter, 20, of 28 Meadow Brook Road, was charged on Feb. 21 with sixth degree larceny (theft from a building), possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of ½ ounce of marijuana and attempt to commit second degree larceny by false pretenses.
