Jan. 14 Ellen R. Gaynor, 17 of 157 Notch Road, Granby was charged with speeding 20+ miles per hour over the speed limit in a speed zone under 65 miles per hour. Her licensed was seized after a 7:26 a.m. motor vehicle stop on Wells Road, according to police.  Jan. 15 Philip J. Bruce, 23, of 6 Harvey Drive, Granby was charged at 8:16 a.m. by warrant with three charges of failure to register as a non-violent sex offender.  Jan. 16  No arrests
