Jacob Aaron Bartle, 19, of Blissfield, MI, was issued a citation for possession of alcohol by a minor (first offense).

Sara Jacob, 31, of Simsbury, was charged on March 9 with 6th degree larceny.

Daniel James Carter, 20, of 28 Meadow Brook Road, was charged on March 7 with 6th degree larceny (theft from a building), possession of less than a half an ounce of marijuana (second offense) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
