James Harkins, 65, of Wallingford, was charged on May 27 with operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol, restricted turn/failure to signal properly.

William Burns, 18, of 50 Old Stagecoach Road, was issued a summons on May 25 for insurance fails to follow minimum requirements, operation of a motor vehicle without fenders/wheel protectors, failure to have tail lamps.

Daniel Joseph Kortchmar, 66, of 131 Hartland Road, was issued a summons on May 25 for possession of less than ½ ounce of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Paul Klemonsky, 44, of 265 Salmon Brook St., Apt. #3, was charged on May 24 ith disorderly conduct: fight/cause/capable of causing injury.
