Granby Police Log for May 7 - 13
Among the charges: operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol, filing a false report, shoplifting and many moving violations.

Grace Katherine Kortchmar, 23, of 131 Hartland Road, was charged on May 12 with second-degree filing a false report or incident, and second degree filing a false statement: no fraud.
Edward Frawley, 46, of 206 Simsbury Road, was charged on May 11 with operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol and insurance coverage fails to meet the minimum requirements.
Arthur Marshallfrank Berg, 41, of 513 Salmon Brook St., was charged in two separate incidents on May 10. In the first incident, Berg was charged with operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol, evading: serious physical injury or property damage, insurance coverage fails to meet minimum requirements, and failure to drive at a reasonable distance. In the second incident, Berg was charged with disorderly conduct and second degree criminal mischief.

Mark S. Greenwood, 40, of 50 Sawmill Road, was issued a summons on May 10 for loitering on or about school grounds.
Richard Stanziale, 52, of 56R Quarry Road, was issued a summons on May 9 for simple trespass.
Alexander Trottier, 26, of 33 Strong Road, was charged on May 9 with 6th degree larceny: shoplifting.
Kelsey Aldrich, 41, of 14 Danielle Road, was issued a summons on May 8 for insurance coverage fails to meet minimum requirements. operating or towing an unregistered motor vehicle, violation of exhaust/emission standards/period of inspection required, failure of holder of motor vehicle license to notify of change of address.
Kristina Ayotte, 29, of 7 Cedar Drive, was charged with operation of motor vehicle when the registration or license is refused/suspended, insurance coverage fails minimum requirements, operating or towing an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to drive in the proper lane: multiple lane highway.
Charles Ogorman, 22, of Simsbury, was charged on May 7 with interfering with an officer: non-assaultive, evading: serious physical injury/physical injury or property damage and failure to drive in the proper lane: multiple-lane highway.
