David Guiod, 19, of 2 Black Oak Drive, was charged on Nov. 27 with second-degree harassment: non threatening.

Nathan Schrumpf, 20, of 240 Case St., was cited on Nov. 26 for speeding and insurance that failed to meet minimum requirements.

Sean Flanagan, 25, of 38 Salmon Brook St., was charged on Nov. 26 with risk of injury/impair morals of a minor, second degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Jason Blunt, 23, of Unionville, was issued a citation on Nov. 24 for possession of less than ½ ounce of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and improper number of headlights.

Cole Christie, 24, of 182 Hartford Ave. in East Granby, was issued a summons on Nov. 24 for operation of a motor vehicle when registration/license is refused or suspended and improper number of headlights.

Timothy Foley, 54, of West Springfield, Mass., was charged on Nov. 23 with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol, speeding and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Adam Swinland, 19, of 25 Notch Road, was charged on Nov. 22 with second-degree assault, second-degree unlawful restraint and breach of peace.

Cassandra Paval, 22, of Suffield, was cited on Nov. 17 for operation of a motor vehicle when license is suspended or refused and failure to drive a reasonable distance apart.

John Monahan, 56, of Simsbury, was cited on Nov. 16 for operation of a motor vehicle when license or registration is refused/suspended, insurance coverage fails minimum requirements and failure to illuminate rear plate.

Nicholas Siriani, 18, of 12 Shattuck Ave., was issued a citation on Nov. 15 for possession of less than ½ ounce of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Ryan Michael Balboni, 18, of 16 Quarry Road, was issued a citation on Nov. 15 for possession of less than ½ ounce of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Jared Mays, 18, of 18 Elizabeth St., was issued a citation on Nov. 15 for possession of less than ½ ounce of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
