Charles Bridges, 69, of 8 Birch Road, was issued a summons on Dec. 4 for insurance coverage failing to meet minimum requirements, failure to have tail lamps, failure to register motor vehicle eligible for commercial registration, violation of exhaust/emission standards/periodic inspection required. Ryan Michael Balboni, 18, of 16 Quarry Road, was charged on Nov. 28 with operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol, failure to drive in the proper lane: multiple lane highway. Kevin Wezowicz, 20, of Granville, Mass., was charged on Nov. 28 with possession of less than ½ an ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
