David Peterson, 70, of 75 Haven Drive, was charged on Oct. 10 with disorderly conduct. Dale Waterman, 45, of East Hartland, was issued a summons on Oct. 7 for improper use of marker, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to wear a seat belt. James Eustace, 28, of Waterbury, was issued a summons on Oct. 7 for operation of a motor vehicle when registration/license is refused or suspended and failure to have proper tail lamps.
