Lauren Blasig, 20, of East Hartland, was charged on Sept. 29 with operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol, possession of less than a half an ounce of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating with unsafe tires, failure to drive at a reasonable distance. Douglas Lebeau, 65, of Hancock, Mass., was issued a summons on Sept. 29 for failing to drive in the proper lane and operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Freddie Lebron, 56, of Tolland, was charged on Sept. 23 with operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol, failure to drive in the proper lane and failure to have stop lamps or turn signals.
