Gilmore, 51, of 50 Jodi Drive, Meriden was charged with operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol and traveling too fast for conditions after a accident at Wells Road and Fern Hollow at 5:19 p.m.  Jan. 2, 2013  Willow Wells, 47, of 87 Oakland St. Hartford was charged with third-degree burglary and sixth-degree larceny at 12:10 p.m.
