Thomas Szostek, 41, of Westfield, MA, was charged on June 9 with operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol, refusal to submit to a sobriety test and making an improper turn. Ryan Michael Orosz, 20, of Suffield, was charged on June 7 with failure to pay or plead.
