Granby Student Approached on Walk to School
A woman asked the male student to get in her car, according to school officials.

A Granby student was approached by a woman believed to be in her 30’s while walking to school, according to school officials.
The male student was walking to school southbound on Route 10 in the morning when the woman who was driving a white car approached him on two seperate occasions and encouraged him to get in the car, according to WFSB.
The woman reportedly offered the ride because it was cold out.

The student refused and informed school officials when he arrived at school.
Anyone with information is asked to call police. School officials said they will be extra vigilant at pick-up and drop-off over the next few days.
