Granby Wrestler Prepared for New England Championships
A Bear has qualified for this weekend's championships in Providence, R.I.

GRANBY, CT — Sixteen wrestlers from a dozen schools will be representing Hartford and Tolland counties this weekend at the 53rd annual New England Interscholastic Wrestling Championships.
The event is slated for March 3-4 at the Providence Career and Technical Center in Rhode Island.
Connecticut wrestlers who placed in the top five at last week's State Open qualified for New Englands.

Southington led the area schools with three qualifiers, while Simsbury and Tolland have two apiece.
