“Summary: Given the above, the writer has submitted a "Plan B" proposal to the Town Administration recently which would address many of aforementioned concerns, provide more respective parties' mutual equability, reinforce the collateral assets to optimize fundraising resources and potentially alleviate long term contract constraints by either party, bringing this Plan B to light to the Kearns School Study Committee and general public is respectfully advisable. Reverting to the opening statement, consideration of Plan B would potentially provide more dollars and cents for Granby's economic management and fiscal future."
