At the January 7, 2019 BOS meeting a key agenda item was the status and next steps in consideration of the current Kearns School proposal submitted to Granby by The Kearns School Community Center Steering Committee. The BOS meeting included a presentation by the Committee, discussion by the BOS as well as public session commentary. A significant result was the agreement by the BOS to develop a letter of intent relative to the the Committee's unsolicited proposal for the facility.

If you did not attend the January 7th meeting and wish to review the entire BOS meeting go to www.GCTV16.org or see the specific segment where Granby Town Manager, John Ward explained the parameters of the anticipated letter of intent https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pGBzNoGRJk8 (18 minutes) and also see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Letter_of_intent for a "Letter of Intent" for further reference.
